Christmas can be busy, there’s putting up the tree, buying presents, wrapping them, seeing family and friends, buying and preparing food, these are just a few of the Christmas tasks. Make Christmas that one bit easier on yourself by having your Christmas cake made by me. Whether you have something specific in mind or not that is one less task to worry about.

My Christmas cakes are always made by hand by me and the fruit is soaked before to infuse the fruit flavour and to make the cake succulent. Once baked the Christmas cake is then feed with more alcohol to build and enhance the fruit cake flavour and to keep the cake succulent before decorating.
